It is the bidder’s responsibility to read and understand all terms and conditions before participating in this auction. If you are not willing or able to comply with the terms, please do not bid.
BUYER’S PREMIUM:
15% added to all winning bids.
SALES TAX:
6.75% unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is on file.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept the following forms of payment:

Cashier's Checks
Bank Wire (reply to invoice email for bank wire instructions)
All major credit cards (4% convenience fee applies)
Invoices not paid at the end of pickup window(s) will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Credit cards will be checked for $250 prior registration approval.
Out-of-state buyers must pay with the card used at registration or send a bank wire.
PICKUP & SHIPPING DETAILS:
Pickup is Monday, April 7th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Tuesday, April 8th from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the auction location. FFL Shipping available on firearms at $40 shipping charge per firearm, respond to invoice email with your request and FFL license to be shipped to.
Out-of-State Firearm Buyers:
Firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms License holder) of your choosing.

A $40 shipping charge per firearm will apply.
We do not ship anything other than firearms unless prior approval is given.
Items picked up outside the pickup window will be charged $40 convenience fee. Items not picked up within 10 business days will be charged a storage fee of $10 per day.
FIREARM PURCHASE POLICY:
All firearm sales are subject to federal and state laws.
Buyer must complete a Form 4473
Valid ID and FBI background check required
If you fail the background check, $100 restocking fee will be charged and buyer’s premium forfeited
Please do not bid on firearms if you are unable to legally take possession.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties expressed or implied.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting items and bidding accordingly. Firearms should be examined by a qualified gunsmith before use.
We have not tested any of these items unless stated as such in the description. Buyer is responsible for previewing items to make sure the condition is what they want prior to placing a bid.
Catalog Accuracy:
Bidders are buying based on the item description, not the photo. Read carefully—photos may be incorrect. Descriptions are based on staff opinions only
Choose Wisely:
Mistakes in bidding (wrong item, not suitable, etc.) are not the responsibility of the seller or auctioneer.
Demonstration Equipment:
Some equipment may be used for display purposes.

Buyer is responsible for item removal and any damage caused during removal
Titles (if applicable) will be mailed within 30 days of payment
The auctioneer reserves the right to:
Add or remove items
Split or combine lots
Set minimum bids or reserves
Cancel, suspend, or reschedule auctions as needed
The auction team and sellers reserve the right to bid and purchase items in this auction.
